Pinot Noir is made from trees 15 to 45 years old in carefully selected plots in Rise village, where our company's vineyards are, and is then hand-sorted.
It features a deep ruby-like pink color, and the finish changes from the tiny, smooth berries that are in the mouth to the taste of licorice, a characteristic of Resae.
