We use small, highly ripe Muscat Bailey A grapes from contracted farmers in Takabatake Town, and saigne them to extract the concentrated flavor and tannins. We were blessed with good weather this year, and were able to obtain highly ripe grapes. The honey-like aroma blends with a subtle toasty aroma, and the wine has a gentle mouthfeel and just the right amount of voluminous tannins that linger on the finish. [ ]
