"Ise udon" is made with soft, thick noodles doused in a black sauce made from tamari soy sauce. The chewy, light noodles are very satisfying to eat, and the sweet and spicy sauce made from dashi stock has a mellow taste that is completely different to its appearance. The noodles are made from 100% wheat produced in Mie Prefecture, aged for over 24 hours, and have grooves to allow the sauce to cling to them. The sauce is made from naturally brewed tamari soy sauce aged for over three years and bonito from the Kumano Nada Sea. An original blend of shichimi pepper. It's simple, but we've paid particular attention to the ingredients.
