The Kojiki and Nihon Shoki describe the grandeur of the Izumo Taisha Shrine. In the Heian period, the Kuyu (written by Minamoto no Tamenori in the first year of Tenroku), Izumo Taisha Shrine was the largest building at the time, and it is written that the name Unta was taken from "Izumo Taro". Made with Koshu grapes grown in our contracted farm in Shimane Prefecture. Fermented and stored at low temperatures, it has a refreshing, crisp flavor. A fruity and well-balanced white wine.
