"Kiramekikusui Nemurihime Junmai Daiginjo Nama-zake Dry" is a fresh, unpasteurized sake that can only be enjoyed at the brewery, as it is frozen without ever being pasteurized.
The shelf life of unpasteurized sake, which normally only lasts for about 2 to 4 months, can be extended by freezing, allowing you to enjoy fresh unpasteurized sake for a longer period.

The Fruit Series is a "fresh fruit juice liqueur" that delivers the fresh taste of fruit by freezing the alcohol without heat sterilization, preserving the freshness of the fruit.
The quality is comparable to cocktails you'd find in a bar.

It can be thawed in about 5-10 minutes under running water, so you can thaw and enjoy only the amount you want to drink whenever you want.

◆How to enjoy◆
Enjoy it in a small sake cup or your favorite glass. Enjoy the slushy texture by partially thawing it. Add fruit to make it an even more special drink.

Simply pour it into your own glass after thawing, and you can enjoy an authentic taste at home.

Founded in the Edo period in Tosa, a region renowned for its sake, the company manufactures a wide range of alcoholic beverages, from sake and shochu to liqueurs, using traditional methods and a spirit of innovation. In recent years, they have launched an internal "Sake Making Project by Women for Women," in which energetic female employees in Kochi plan, develop, and design products specifically for women. The resulting alcoholic beverages have gained nationwide acclaim and have been featured in numerous media outlets.

By placing freshly pressed sake and fresh fruit juice liqueurs into small pouch packs, freezing them with 65% alcohol at approximately -30°C, and storing them at approximately -20°C, we are now able to deliver a fresh taste that can only be enjoyed at the brewery.
