Mars Wine is a slightly sweet white wine made from Koshu grapes grown in Makioka district, characterized by a "pleasant citrus aroma and fresh acidity" and a "lively, fresh taste." The wine has a youthful appearance and a slightly dark yellow color. It has a strong ginjo aroma (ester aroma) and citrus aroma, and is characterized by a refreshing and fresh aroma. The sweetness of the fruit spreads softly in the mouth, and the fruity, refreshing, sharp acidity leaves a long aftertaste. The crisp, refreshing aroma lingers on the palate.
