Founded in 2014 in the southwest of County Cork, located in the south of Ireland. The distillery carefully selects the finest barley malt from West Cork, grown by farmers within 5km of the distillery, and distills it three times using traditional methods in a small copper pot still. The alcohol content is adjusted to 40% with natural water that Ireland is proud of, resulting in a unique yet surprisingly smooth taste.
