"Anima" means "soul" in Catalan. This special series is made with carefully selected blends that are easy to pair with food and bring out the flavor of the food, based on the Spanish idea that "wine is a companion to food."
The tile pattern on the front label of this wine is a reference to the pattern on the walls of Laimat Castle, which was restored in 1935 by architect Rafael Maso.
