Condensed taste

The aromas of raspberries and cranberries, as well as violets and cloves spread, and when you put them in your mouth, the berries and cinnamon combine with the sweet tannins, giving it a condensed taste.

The 300L and 500L French oak barrels were 50% new barrels for a total of 18 months. For the first 12 months, each grape variety is aged and sorted. Only the barrels that fully demonstrate the individuality of the variety are left behind, and after blending them, the mixture is aged for another six months. Once aging is complete, the product is sorted once more and only the barrels that have passed are bottled.
A canvas is the fabric used to design paintings. As the name suggests, this wine is a complex, intricate and versatile, depicting the individuality of the grapes on a canvas.
