Authentic sparkling wine made in a bottle for 24 months secondary fermentation
This is a light straw-colored sparkling wine. It smells like orange flowers, apples, lime, subtle yeast and brioche.
The mouthfeel is creamy and has a mousse-like texture, and creamy, fine foam spreads, giving it a long, clear finish.
Pinot Noir creates fruit richness and skeleton, Chardonnay brings acidity in a refined style, and a blend of South Africa's unique Pinotage.
This is an authentic sparkling wine that is malolactic fermented only 30% of the Chardonnay species, and is then secondary fermented in a bottle for 24 months along with the lees.
