Nagano Prefecture is one of the leading grape-producing regions in Japan. The plateau, 700 meters above sea level, is surrounded by mountains and is characterized by low annual precipitation, long hours of sunshine, and large temperature differences between day and night. This inland climate and well-drained soil allow grapes to grow that are well colored and have a deep flavor. This new wine is made from Niagara grapes from Nagano Prefecture, brewed without the addition of any antioxidants. This slightly sweet white wine is popular for the sweet, noble aroma and juicy taste of Niagara grapes.
