This red wine is made from a blend of Muscat Bailey A grapes grown with great care by the Asahi Town Grape Producers Association in Asahi Town, and Black Queen grapes, and features rich fruitiness and mild tannins. It has a harmonious blend of the candy-like aroma unique to Muscat Bailey A, black cherry compote, and violet flower aromas. It has a good balance of mellow fruitiness and acidity, and the silky tannins that linger on the palate give it a pleasant taste. It goes well with soy sauce and can be enjoyed with a wide variety of dishes.
