The first-ever gin and soda in a can in the YASO series has arrived!

We've created a gin and soda that evokes the image of "a gentle breeze blowing across a peaceful meadow."
It can be easily enjoyed in outdoor settings such as camping, or even when drinking at home.

"THE HERBALIST YASO Gin Soda," newly released in May 2024, is the first product in the THE HERBALIST YASO series to be sold in a soda can.

We created this product with the idea that it would be easy to reach for and convenient to carry, perfect for enjoying at home, as well as in outdoor settings like camping and barbecues, with a gin and soda in hand.

Just like the regular THE HERBALIST YASO GIN series, the spirits distilled from the mash are redistilled and used as the base spirit, so the base spirit itself contains 80 different botanicals. Juniper berries and spices are then steeped in this and distilled. Furthermore, a distillation made using only grapefruit peel and pulp is added and blended in, resulting in a gin soda containing a total of 100 different botanicals.

While retaining a subtle aroma of wild herbs in the base spirit, this whisky boasts a refreshing herbal flavor with a blend of juniper berries and other botanicals and spices. The addition of grapefruit's sweet and sour citrus notes provides a natural sweetness. The resulting whisky allows you to enjoy the evolving flavors created by the ingredients themselves, from the moment you take a sip to the lingering aftertaste.

It pairs well not only with richly flavored dishes and fried foods, but also with lighter dishes such as appetizers and salads. Don't overthink the pairing; just enjoy it as a drink to accompany your everyday meals.

Gin is a distilled spirit, so it contains no carbohydrates. And best of all, it contains no artificial flavors or aromas, and no sweeteners, making it low in carbohydrates and calories – a healthy choice. With an alcohol content of 5%, it has a not-too-dry finish. Even those who don't usually drink gin and soda will likely find it easy to drink.
