Up Draft Gin ~Riding the "updraft" together with fans~
The design is inspired by the "updraft" depicted in the Nagoya Grampus emblem. The symbol in the center embodies the idea of spreading the sentiment from the Grampus Family Statement, "Never Give Up for the Win," to the surrounding area, and rising higher together with the Grampus family.
Some of the herbs used are harvested in Hida City, Gifu Prefecture!
Hida City in Gifu Prefecture is a place I have a very close connection to, as I use it as a campsite. I used herbs harvested there as botanicals for this gin. The three herbs used are "Menamomi," "Yomogi," and "Kuromoji." To bring out the flavor of the herbs, I adjusted the blending ratio and aimed for a more refreshing taste.
