We rigorously selected healthy Muscat Bailey A grapes with good color during the winemaking process. Midway through fermentation, the temperature was raised to 30°C to extract the pigments, and then the temperature was lowered to below 20°C to prevent the loss of aroma, followed by pressing and tank aging. By blending several varieties of Bailey A grapes, both early and late ripening, each with its own unique character, we have created a wine with a gentle, charming aroma and a multi-layered flavor.
