Honbo Shuzo Co., Ltd.'s Mars Yamanashi Winery has been dedicated to producing high-quality wines from grapes grown in Yamanashi's soil since its establishment in Isawa in 1960. Based on the experience cultivated over the years, "Koshu Verdinho" is a wine made from perfectly ripe Koshu grapes harvested in the Kofu Basin in September 2018, using only free-run juice and fermented at low temperatures before bottling. The result is a fresh, lively dry wine with an unprecedentedly pleasant aroma and acidity that evokes the refreshing feeling of a gentle breeze amidst abundant nature.
Rich in flavor, it boasts fruity aromas of citrus, fresh quince, and delicious apple, along with the scent of white flowers. It features a refreshing and invigorating aroma. The fresh fruitiness and acidity spread throughout the mouth, with a slight hint of fermented carbonation on the tip of the tongue, creating a crisp, refreshing, and clean impression.
