This medium-bodied wine, made from Muscat Bailey A grapes grown in Ajimu and aged in barrels, features aromas of vanilla and yogurt. Selected Muscat Bailey A grapes were destemmed and crushed, the juice was extracted (saignée), and fermentation was carried out with an increased proportion of skins. A brilliant, lustrous reddish-purple color. Aromas of fruit like strawberries and cherries, along with hints of jam and dried plums, are present. On the palate, it offers a gentle acidity and soft, dry tannins. The finish is long and lingers, leaving a pleasant, vanilla-like aroma.
