Only the finest, fully ripened Chardonnay grapes harvested in Ajimu that year are used. Because the fruit has ample power, fermentation and aging are carried out exclusively in new oak barrels. It is characterized by complex aromas of citrus, rose petals, caramel, and butter, and a concentrated, rich flavor.

A brilliant, deep golden color. The aroma is strongly reminiscent of tropical fruits like peach, lychee, and ripe pineapple, along with a milky, vanilla-like sweetness from the barrel aging. The acidity is mild, resulting in a smooth mouthfeel, but the alcohol adds volume, with a subtle bitterness in the finish providing a nice accent.
