Made with 100% Delaware grapes from Ajimu. The Delaware grapes are frozen at -20°C and then slowly pressed over two days to extract a rich juice, which is then fermented at low temperature in stainless steel tanks (crio-extraction). This is an extremely sweet white wine, perfect as a dessert wine after a meal.
This extremely sweet white wine offers a complex aroma of dried mango and cherry compote, interspersed with the fragrant scent of osmanthus. A rich, honey-like flavor spreads throughout the mouth, leaving a long finish, while a refreshing acidity brings the taste together.
