Authentic Inaniwa udon noodles, hand-stretched using the traditional "hand-kneading and hand-stretching method" in Inaniwa-cho, Yuzawa City, Akita Prefecture, the home of Inaniwa udon, have been processed using a special method to make them easy to eat.
Simply place the noodles in a bowl, pour in hot water, and heat in the microwave for 4 minutes to enjoy delicious, freshly boiled Inaniwa udon! Alternatively, if using boiling water, pour the water over the noodles and wait 5 minutes for a delicious Inaniwa udon.
Craftsman Mitsuru Abe wanted more people to be able to enjoy Inaniwa udon, so he began developing this product and, after more than two years of trial and error, finally completed it.
The soup is made with chicken bones from "Hinai Jidori" chickens, resulting in a rich soy sauce flavor. It also comes with plenty of green onions and wakame seaweed, making it perfect for busy people or those who want to enjoy delicious udon without much effort!
