■ Dried and grilled squid 33g
We use fresh, domestically sourced raw squid. After seasoning and letting it rest for a while, we grill it over an open flame to bring out the savory flavor of the squid skin.

■Tuna Innards in Sake (3 bags) <br>Made using tuna stomach and aged slowly for about six months. Japanese-style broth is added to create a mellow flavor. Conveniently individually packaged.

■ Hokkaido-produced semi-dried grilled cod roe 40g
Made with cod roe from Hokkaido. Enjoy the firm exterior and moist interior texture. Perfect as a snack with drinks, or as a filling for white rice or rice balls.

■Skewered Octopus (4 pieces )<br>Sliced octopus seasoned with a perfectly balanced, not-too-sour flavor. Each piece is carefully skewered for easy eating.

This pickled dish, made with finely chopped daikon radish and cucumber, and sake lees, is enhanced with stem wasabi and domestically sourced whelk. The combination of wasabi flavor and the crunchy texture of the whelk is exquisite.

■Six pieces of satsuma-age (fried fish cake) with tofu, made in Kagoshima.
This dish is made with tofu kneaded into the dough, resulting in a sweet flavor. Local sake and amazake (sweet rice wine) are added as secret ingredients. Its characteristic is its springy yet soft texture, and it pairs well with ginger soy sauce or wasabi soy sauce.
