The top brand Koshihikari from Uonuma is grown with great care in a region blessed with a favorable climate and natural features. We only use the rice from the Minami Uonuma area, which is said to be particularly delicious in the Uonuma area, and we only polish the rice after confirming your order. We deliver locally polished rice while it is still fresh.

Niigata, one of Japan's leading rice producers, has now faced the current food landscape anew and taken on the challenge of producing rice like never before. Shinnosuke, a Niigata rice, was finally born with the aim of delivering a delicious taste from the rice field to the table. The large, sparkling grains and rich, sweet flavor offer endless possibilities for cooking rice. This is the rice that opens up the future of book food.
