Stephen Deloncourt consults: Bry Cote de Bordeaux's prestigious entrepreneurial

Château Gigaud is a prestigious chateau that has been around since the 1800s.
Current owner Christophe Lebours Salles became the head of Primour at a major Bordeaux Negocien, and purchased the chateau in 1998, where he himself worked on everything from growing grapes to brewing, aging and shipping.
The chateau has a total of 18.36 hectares, with clay and calcareous soil, and an average age of 35 years.  
The brewing consultant is Stephen Dernon Cour, one of the world's leading consultants.
Mel Lau harvested from terroirs with a variety of stacks, aims to produce wines that are enjoyable from an early age and have the potential to mature.
