A simple recipe that goes well with a can of wine: “Sautéed Marchow and Kingfish”
Introducing dishes that go well with wine using the popular canned beans.
The recipe I'd like to introduce this time is " Sautéed Marucho and Kingfish" using "Canned Beef Marucho Fire-grilled".
Marucho's spicy miso sauce is an accent. Stir-fry the eringi mushrooms with butter and add the maruchou to finish.

The main ingredients we will use this time are " Canned Tsuma Beef Marucho Fire-grilled .”
We use carefully selected cow malcho (small intestine). This dish is marinated in a spicy miso sauce and grilled over an open flame.
Materials & Instructions
Stir-fry the eringi mushrooms with butter and add the maruchou to finish.

| Olive oil | 2 teaspoons |
| Parsley (dried can also be used) | Appropriate amount |

① Cut the King Kingfish into lengths of about 5cm and thinly slice them.
② Heat olive oil in a frying pan, saute ① and season with salt and pepper.
③ Add the canned Tsuma Beef Marucho and butter to ②, stir fry lightly, turn off the heat, place in a bowl, add chopped parsley, and it's done.
