Healthy Muscat Bailey A grapes with good color were carefully selected at the brewing stage. The temperature was raised to 30°C in the middle of fermentation to extract the pigments, and then the temperature was kept below 20°C to prevent the aroma from evaporating, and the wine was pressed and aged in tanks. By assembling several types of Bailey A grapes with rich characteristics, both early and late, the wine has a gentle, charming aroma and a multi-layered taste.
