Made with Yamada Nishiki rice, the "king of sake rice," polished to 35%, and brewed with Kyokai 1801, one of Master Brewer Kikuchi's specialties, this sake fully utilizes the highly aromatic properties of this yeast, resulting in a rich and robust flavor that exudes a classic elegance.
