Summer Sake Special

There is no clear definition of what constitutes a summer sake, but it is a type of Japanese sake that is easy to drink and has a smooth taste and goes down easy in the throat. Raw stored sake
Nama Chozoshu is sake that is stored raw without being pasteurized after the mash is pressed. Pasteurization is a process that stops the activity of the yeast in the sake and sterilizes it, and is usually done twice, before storage and before bottling, but Nama Chozoshu is only pasteurized once, before bottling. This gives it a gorgeous aroma and a refreshing taste. Its fresh taste is its charm, so it's best to drink it as soon as you get it.

This is a pure ginjo sake made from suitable rice polished to 55%.
Specially selected Kunizakari Saika Daiginjo Nama Chozoshu 720ml
To preserve the raw flavor, the product is stored at low temperatures while still raw, and then flash-heat-treated before bottling.
Kakuro Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Raw Stored Genshu 720ml
This is a rich, dry Junmai Daiginjo unprocessed sake made from carefully brewed rice grown in Niigata Prefecture, polished to 50%. In order to preserve the color and simplicity of the sake itself, it is not filtered or diluted after pressing.
Sparkling sake
Sparkling sake, with its characteristic fizzy taste, is also recommended for summer. It has a lower alcohol content than regular sake and is often sweet, making it popular as a casual drink.
