It is located in Dijon, Burgundy, which is known worldwide as a producer of blackcurrants, and the reason it boasts an outstanding track record is the fruitiness of the blackcurrants, which stands out from the rest.

Relithie Guillo is also known as the first manufacturer of Peche liqueurs.

Relithier Guillot was founded in 1845 when Jean-Paptist Relithier and Claudine Guillot married. It quickly became a well-known liqueur manufacturer, and Creme de Cassis received high praise. Felix Kiel, who served as mayor of Dijon for a long time since World War II, was also one of the people who fell in love with the taste and quality.

We devised a cocktail that combines local specialty products, "Alligote white wine" and "Crème de Cassis," and was always served as an aperitif for the official Dijon city welcoming party.
