Limited production wine produced by a prestigious winery in Rioja

The Marquez de Vargas family has been involved in the wine industry since ancient times in Rioja. Its roots are said to have been planting grapes in Rioja in 1810 and began making wine as a family-run estate, and has continued to make wine in Rioja for four generations to this day.

Construction of a new winery and aging cabinet began in 1990, and wines made with the latest technology are packed into carefully selected American, French or Russian oak barrels, aged for more than 20 months in an ideal environment. The vineyards are only 60 hectares, and all wines produced in a limited amount are reserva.
