【material】
Favorite fruit of Nippon (2 types) ... 1 can
A: canned syrup ... 50g each
Apple juice ... 130g
Gum syrup ... 20g
[How to make]
1. Put A in a bowl and mix
2. Put the fruits of the nippon in the ice -shaped shape and pour ① quietly.
Drop the mold on the table, drain the air, cover and stick the stick.
Cool in the freezer for more than 8 hours and harden it.♪

Fruit x condensed milk BAR
【material】
Favorite fruit (1 kind) ... 2 cans
A: canned syrup ... 50g
Milk ... 250g
Condensed milk ... 70g
Raw cream ... 5g
Granulated sugar ... 10g
[How to make]
1. Put A in a bowl and mix
2. Foam the fresh cream with granulated sugar in another bowl for 8 minutes.
3. Combine ① and ②
4. Colorate the fruits of the cheeks to the size that is easy to eat, and pour ③ quietly.

Blueberry can ... 1 can
A: Yogurt ... 250g
Honey ... 45g
Lemon juice ... 10g

Raw cream ... 100g
Granulated sugar ... 10g
How to make]
1. Put A in a bowl and mix
2. Foam the fresh cream with granulated sugar in another bowl for 8 minutes.
3. Combine ① and ②

1. Put Komatsuna and A in a mixer and stir well.
2. Put the fruits of the nippon in the ice -shaped shape and pour ① quietly.
