A finest champagne made from the finest grapes in our own farm.

Devaux was founded in 1846 by the brothers Devaux, Jules and Auguste.
In the 1930s, more than 75% of all production was exported overseas, and in 1987, the brand was handed over the future to Union Oboise, the largest cooperative in the Côte des Bar district, and continues to this day.

We make the ultimate champagne production using only the best grapes from our own farm, and the important process is to aged it for a long time.
We use the finest Pinot Noir in the Cote des Bar area and the finest Chardonnays from the Cote des Blancs and Cote des Bar area, and we also pay attention to the grape pressing, and we use only the first, particularly delicate juice, even among the cuvées that produce good juice.

Even non-vintage aging takes at least five years, and the bubbles blend well into the wine.
