[Shipping included] [Wakayama Prefecture] Wakayama Craft Liqueur Orchard CODO 3-piece gift set
[Aromatic sparkling of plum and elder]】Popular plum fruit and highly fragrant elderflower
A refreshingly bursting harmony. A blend of traditional plum wine made by Hamada with fragrant elderflower. The plump taste and refreshing flavor create an impressive harmony with each bite.
The only plum fruits used are from Wakayama prefecture, which are of a reliable origin. We have gathered plums from farmers, which have become difficult to make umeboshi in areas with an aging population, and plums that are not of quality but are treated as non-standard products, infusing new value as liqueurs. It is a beautiful and delicious dish that is recommended for relaxing holidays.
Set contents: Fragrant Sparkling of Plum and Elder: 275ml, Alc. 6, 1 bottle, Summer Mandarin orange spummoni: 275ml, Alc. 6, 1 bottle, Kishu Lemon Bitterle Ca: 275ml, Alc. 6, 1 bottle
[Summer mandarin orange spum] A delicious dish made from a variety of ingredients.
A spumoni that makes you enjoy the whole summer mandarin oranges. We have mixed the bitterness and sweetness of summer mandarin oranges from Wakayama Prefecture with herbs and spices. The variety of ingredients intertwined and weaved gives it a unique taste that gives off a sense of Italian style. Summer mandarin oranges, which are mostly consumed as juice, are also rare fruits that are not often available on the market. We also used "chen skin," which is dried mandarin orange skin, as one of the ingredients, adding a refreshing flavor. It is an incredible tasty taste with a Wakayama style arrangement of the classic cocktail Supmoni.
[Kishu Lemon Bitterlesca] An elegant blend of ripe lemon and red wine.
Enjoy the depths of bittersweet. When ripe lemons grown in Wakayama Prefecture were blended with red wine, they turned into sharp liqueurs. The bitterness of the peel and the depth of the wine dance elegantly in your mouth, making it a classy and delicious taste. Wakayama Prefecture, which has many plum farmers who grow lemons during the off-season, is the third largest producer of lemons in the country. Although there is still little recognition, in order to convey the appeal of Kishu lemons more widely, we will expand the fruit's opportunities to play a part in non-standard products. The secret ingredient, domestic honey, brings out the bitter taste, making it a deep and delicious taste.
The above three gift sets.
