
Osho Shiitake Osho no Mori Chirashi Sushi Sauce with Oita Shiitake Mushrooms
A simple sushi base made under the supervision of a shiitake mushroom maker
This product uses dried shiitake mushrooms from Oita, Japan's top producer of log-grown dried shiitake mushrooms. The product is made with a mild flavor base that makes the most of the umami of domestic carrots, burdock, and shiitake mushrooms, and is also flavored with the peel of kabosu, a specialty of Oita Prefecture, giving it a mellow acidity and refreshing aroma. Simply add one packet of this product to two cups of cooked rice and mix to make 2-3 servings. The chirashi sushi is ready. This is an easy-to-cook product that does not contain preservatives or amino acids. It is recommended for special occasions such as Hinamatsuri and Shichigosan.
