We brewed Muscat Bailey A harvested in Hosaka-cho, Nirasaki City, Yamanashi Prefecture, which has been aiming to become the oldest wine-making grape producing region in the country. It has a gorgeous aroma of cotton candy and figs. In the mouth, the acidity is mild, and the rich flavor is full-bodied. Grapes grown in the soil of Hosaka-cho, which has a high proportion of clay, produce a well-balanced wine.
