This unconventional sake is a blend of the representative brands of the six Niigata breweries that bear the "white" in their names : Koshi no Hakusetsu, Echigo no Hakugan, Hakuryu, Shirataki, Echigo no Hakucho, and Shiratsuyu .

By skillfully blending the sake made by the master brewers at each brewery, we aimed to bring out the best in each and create a flawless taste that many people can enjoy. Until now, this product has been sold in limited quantities, but we are now ready to sell it year-round.

Only those who have tried it will appreciate the beautiful taste that is like the crystallization of the techniques of the six breweries. This sake was born from a free idea, so please enjoy it in any way you like.
