[Shipping included] [Tokyo] HiOLI Craft Ice Cream® SEASONAL BOX 8 pieces
Introducing an assortment of HiO ICE CREAM's classic flavors and popular, one-of-a-kind flavors.
[Biei Single Origin Milk]
We made this single-origin milk ice cream using only raw milk squeezed from a farm in Biei, Hokkaido. This is HiO ICE CREAM's signature flavor and serves as the base for all milk-based ice creams produced by HiOLI ICE CREAM.
[Salted Caramel]
"Salted Caramel" is a standard flavor of HiOICE CREAM and a very popular flavor with a unique taste. With one bite, you can enjoy the sweet and slightly bitter burnt caramel for adults. The mellow seaweed salt is added as an accent to bring out the sweetness of the caramel.
[Deep-steamed Kanaya tea]
We use only the first tea leaves picked on the 88th day in early May from Sakai-en, a tea farm in Shimada City, Shizuoka Prefecture, which has been in business for 300 years since the Edo period. The deep richness of the sencha is extracted by steeping it in milk, and then we mix in a small amount of finely chopped tea leaves to create an ice cream with a refreshing aroma and sweetness.
[Kyoho grape sorbet]
This year, we received jewel-like polished Kyoho grapes from Agbel Maruyama Farm in Yamanashi City. Maruyama cultivates grapes with the idea of cultivating each individual grape, rather than cultivating bunches. These Kyoho grapes, which have been painstakingly polished, are characterized by their high sugar content. We have packed the deliciousness of Maruyama's jewel-like Kyoho grapes into this product.
