The standard flavor of HiO ICE CREAM, the very popular "Salted Caramel" flavor, is one of a kind. With one bite, you can enjoy the sweet and slightly bitter burnt caramel. The mellow seaweed salt accentuates the sweetness of the caramel.
[Lemon sorbet]
This year, colorful lemons, from bright light yellow to orange-yellow, arrived from Citrusfarms Tatemichiya in Onomichi. Tatemichiya believes that "delicious" and "safe and secure" should be the same thing, and is working to grow delicious lemons without using pesticides or chemical fertilizers.
[Deep-steamed Kanaya tea]
We use only the first tea leaves picked on the 88th day in early May from Sakai-en, a tea farm in Shimada City, Shizuoka Prefecture, which has been in business for 300 years since the Edo period. The deep richness of the sencha is extracted by steeping it in milk, and then we mix in a small amount of finely chopped tea leaves to create an ice cream with a refreshing aroma and sweetness.
