Shark fins from Kesennuma, the best shark catcher in Japan, are carefully hand-packed.
The shark fin seasoning brings out the deliciousness of the ingredients of seafood and mountain produce, and combines "shark fin" with collagen blend.
The "special soup" does not use chemical seasonings, and uses "W soup" from animal-based chicken and pork dashi and seafood-based soup such as dried sardines, creating a rich, timeless soup that is gentle on the body.
