This strawberry was born in Shizuoka and is a cross between "Akihime" and "Sachinoka". It was named after its beautiful crimson skin and flesh that is red all the way to the center, as well as its delicious, jaw-dropping taste. The slightly oblong cone-shaped fruits are large and have a great texture, and are juicy with just the right amount of acidity.
