The Dead Rabbit comes from the name of a gang group that was mainly based on immigrants from Ireland that existed in New York in the mid- and late 19th century.
The exterior looks like honey, with the bourbon scent first and then the vanilla scent follows.
The taste is like a hard puncher hitting a one-two of bourbon and vanilla.
The long, deep sweetness is impressive. Aged for 5 years.
