Riesling Lion is a white grape variety that is a cross between Riesling and Koshu Sanjaku, and is said to be a variety that is suited to the cool climate of Iwate, characterized by its refreshing acidity. It has the aroma of green apples and citrus fruits, a subtle sweetness and refreshing acidity, and a soft and refreshing mouthfeel.
