The mellow aroma and firm sweetness of the Orororoso makes it perfect for after-dinner sake, and is a type that is often drunk in Spain.It features amber to mahogany colors.
The wine is made using Palomino varieties and is fortified with grape-derived alcohol, and is oxidized and aged in American oak barrels for over three years, creating a sharp, Ororoso-like aroma.
After that, a small blend of Pedro Jimenez is used to create a mellow, sweet taste.
