An extra sweet white wine made by Bordeaux's oldest maison

Sauternes AC. The golden hue of Sauternes means golden nectar, a color worthy of the drink of the gods. Deep yellow with golden shimmer. Intense aromas of yellow peach compote, apricot and ginger spice. Followed by chamomile flowers, cinnamon and honey. Sweet on the palate, but with a clear acidity that creates a skeletal balance with notes of dried apricot and mandarin.

AC is an abbreviation for "Appellation Contrôle", which translates to "Controlled Designation of Origin" in Japanese. It is a certification given by the French government to guarantee the superiority of agricultural and dairy products in France.
