
Kissho Kaga Tobi Junmai Daiginjo 720ml
We use only the finest Yamada Nishiki sake rice, which is specially grown and contracted. The rice is polished to 40%, carefully prepared using traditional techniques, and fermented at low temperatures to create a Junmai Daiginjo unprocessed sake. It combines the fullness of flavor, which is the lifeblood of sake, with a fragrant and delicate taste.
