Product Features
We use only grapes from carefully selected plots from our own rymat organically grown vineyards.
Aging commitment
Before fermentation, it is subjected to low-temperature maceration to enhance the aroma of the fruit and bring out the structure and pigment. The temperature is then controlled in a stainless steel tank for 10 days, and the skin is fermented with the skin while varying strength and frequency to pump and overpump, and the skin is then further soaked in wine to enhance the aroma, color and structure.
After pressing, the wine is malolactically fermented in stainless steel tanks, and part of it is aged for three months in French and American oak barrels, resulting in a wine with soft tannins and a toast scent.
Color characteristics
The color is characterized by a purple cherry red color.
Characteristics of aroma and taste
The aromas of red-black fruits like blackberries and red currants combine with spices of cinnamon and black pepper and the faint aroma of barrels.
It has a silky mouthfeel, with fresh fruitiness, refined supple tannins and long aftertaste, giving it a pleasant, complex and spreading taste.
