The shelf life of unpasteurized sake, which normally only lasts for about 2 to 4 months, can be extended by freezing it, allowing you to enjoy fresh unpasteurized sake for longer.

The Fruit Series is a "fresh fruit juice liquor" that delivers the flavor of fruit as is by freezing the liquor without heat sterilization, preserving the freshness of the fruit.
The quality is comparable to cocktails you would drink at a bar.

It can be thawed under running water in about 5 to 10 minutes, and you can enjoy just the amount you want whenever you want to drink it.
