■ Oniishi barley shochu single type 25 °
Iki is the birthplace of barley shochu. "Onishi" is a full -fledged barley shochu that is made of carefully selected rice and wheat as a raw material, and is stored in a normal pressure distillation and stored in "Kame". It features wheat flavor and natural sweetness of rice koji. Many "Oni" legends remain in Iki. One of them is the legend of monolithic rocks that are so large that you can't have a demon near the brewery. It has been called "Onishi" for a long time, and the name "Onishi" comes from this large rock.
