In the midst of the blessed nature at the foot of Mt. Yatsugatake in northern Shinshu, during the bitterly cold season, we brewed a delicious drink using soft, high-quality spring water from the upper reaches of the Chikuma River and locally produced sake rice. A GI Nagano-certified sake that is as fine as grains of rice, as clean as falling snow, and soft to the touch.
