Granvan de Chateau de Ricoh Red
Chateau de Ricoh's flagship
The wine, which is made by selecting only the finest terroirs from 50 plots, perfectly combines the main Cabernet Sauvignon and the condensed fruit flavors of Merlot. The vanilla aroma derived from oak barrels leads to a sophisticated and elegant finish. When in your mouth, it wraps in a condensed velvet-like texture. It spreads the flavor of ripe fruit and spices.
Full-bodied and generous taste with a rich tannin structure. Grand Vin is a very well-balanced and impressive length. You can expect great aging.
Grape varieties: 57% Cabernet Sauvignon, 29% Merlot, 14% Petit Verdot
Alain Thierneau, the largest shareholder of Bordeaux's major Negocien CVBG company, fell in love with its potential, and acquired it in 1980, and has been actively investing in its beautiful chateau, which has been around since the Middle Ages.
