Nigori sake is a cloudy yet flavorful sake. You can enjoy it in a way that suits your taste, whether you want to enjoy the flavor of the rice while enjoying it or drink it refreshingly as a cocktail.

* What is nigori sake*
Nigori-sake is made by pressing and straining the fermented mash that has been fermented during the sake-making process. By coarsely straining the rice in this process, the solid part of the rice remains, resulting in a white, cloudy local sake . This is "nigorizake". Each brewer has a variety of styles, from thick to smooth . In recent years, it has also been used as a base alcohol for cocktails.
